Naproxen: A nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that reduces pain and inflammation.

Esomeprazole: A proton pump inhibitor (PPI) that reduces stomach acid production.

Treatment of osteoarthritis pain and inflammation.

Treatment of rheumatoid arthritis pain and inflammation.

Treatment of menstrual cramps (dysmenorrhea).

Reduction of risk of NSAIDinduced gastric ulcers.

Naproxen inhibits the production of prostaglandins, which are involved in pain and inflammation. Esomeprazole reduces stomach acid production by blocking the proton pump in the stomach lining, protecting against NSAID-induced ulcers and heartburn.

Store at room temperature, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.

Follow the dosage instructions provided by your doctor or pharmacist.

Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Take with food or milk to minimize stomach upset.

Alcohol Consumption

Alcohol consumption may increase the risk of stomach bleeding and other side effects. Limit or avoid alcohol while taking this medication.



While Driving or operating Machinery

Naproxen may cause drowsiness or dizziness. Avoid driving or operating machinery if affected.



Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

Consult your doctor before taking this medication if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant.



Children

The safety and effectiveness of this medication have not been established in children.



Kidney

Individuals with kidney disease should use this medication with caution under close medical supervision.
