High blood pressure (hypertension)

To help prevent stroke in people with high blood pressure and a thickened left ventricle (a chamber of the heart)

This combination medication works by relaxing blood vessels and reducing the amount of fluid in the body, which helps to lower blood pressure.

Store at room temperature, away from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

Take this medication exactly as prescribed by your doctor.

The usual starting dose is one tablet taken once daily, but your doctor may adjust the dosage based on your individual needs.

Take this medication with a full glass of water.

You can take this medication with or without food.

Alcohol Consumption

Drinking alcohol while taking this medication may increase your risk of dizziness and lightheadedness.



While Driving or Operating Machinery

This medication may cause dizziness and drowsiness, which can impair your ability to drive or operate machinery. Do not drive or operate machinery until you know how this medication affects you.



Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

This medication may be harmful to an unborn baby. Talk to your doctor about the risks and benefits of taking this medication during pregnancy.



Children

This medication is not recommended for use in children.



Kidney
