S-Amlodipine relaxes blood vessels by blocking the entry of calcium ions into vascular smooth muscle cells, leading to vasodilation and reduced peripheral resistance. Atenolol reduces heart rate and contractility by blocking beta-adrenergic receptors in the heart, reducing cardiac output and blood pressure. The combination provides a synergistic effect in controlling hypertension.
Store at room temperature, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Discard any unused medication after the expiry date.

Alcohol may increase the risk of hypotension and dizziness. Limit or avoid alcohol consumption while taking this medication.
May cause drowsiness or dizziness. Avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how this medication affects you.
Consult your doctor before taking this medication if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant. Atenolol may cross the placenta and Amlodipine is secreted in breast milk.
Generally not recommended for use in children unless under direct supervision of a specialist.
