Salmeterol

A long-acting beta2-agonist (laba) bronchodilator that relaxes the muscles around the airways, making breathing easier.

Fluticasone Propionate

An inhaled corticosteroid (ics) that reduces inflammation in the airways, preventing symptoms like wheezing and coughing.

Maintenance treatment of asthma in patients 4 years of age and older.

Longterm prevention of symptoms in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), including chronic bronchitis and emphysema (in patients 18 years of age and older).

Salmeterol works by relaxing the muscles in the airways, allowing for easier breathing. Fluticasone propionate reduces inflammation in the airways, preventing the narrowing of the airways that causes asthma and COPD symptoms. The combination provides both quick relief and long-term control of respiratory symptoms.

Store at room temperature, between 68°F and 77°F (20°C and 25°C). Protect from moisture and extreme temperatures. Discard the medication after the expiration date.

Dosage varies depending on age, condition, and severity. Always follow your doctor's prescription instructions.

Inhaled medication via metered-dose inhaler (MDI) or dry powder inhaler (DPI). Do not swallow the medication.

Use a spacer device, if directed, to help ensure proper drug delivery.
