Eritel Ln 80mg Tab (Cilnidipine + Telmisartan) works by relaxing blood vessels and lowering blood pressure. Cilnidipine blocks the entry of calcium into the smooth muscle cells of the blood vessels, leading to relaxation and dilation. Telmisartan blocks the action of angiotensin II, a hormone that constricts blood vessels, leading to further relaxation and lowering of blood pressure.
Store this medicine at room temperature, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep it out of reach of children and pets.
The dosage of Cilnidipine + Telmisartan will be determined by your doctor based on your individual needs and response to treatment.
It is usually taken once a day, with or without food.
Do not crush, chew, or break the tablet.
Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.
