This combination medication works by relaxing and widening blood vessels, making it easier for blood to flow through them. This lowers your blood pressure. Telmisartan blocks the effects of a hormone called angiotensin II, which narrows blood vessels. Amlodipine prevents calcium from entering the cells of the heart and blood vessel walls, which relaxes blood vessels. Chlorthalidone helps your body get rid of excess salt and water, which also lowers blood pressure.

Store at room temperature between 15-30°C (59-86°F). Keep away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.

Take this medicine exactly as directed by your doctor.

Swallow the tablets whole with a glass of water.

Do not crush, chew, or break the tablets.
