Eptus T 10mg Kit Tab (Eplerenone + Torasemide) works by reducing fluid retention in the body. Eplerenone blocks the action of aldosterone, a hormone that promotes fluid and salt retention, while Torasemide increases urine output by blocking the reabsorption of salt and water in the kidneys. This combined action helps lower blood pressure and reduce fluid buildup in the heart.

You can take the medication with or without food.

Serious side effects are rare but can include allergic reactions, kidney problems, liver problems, and heart problems.

Common side effects include headache, dizziness, low blood pressure, electrolyte imbalance (e.g., low potassium, high potassium), and muscle cramps.

Alcohol Consumption
