Enuff 15mg Sachet (Racecadotril) is a selective inhibitor of enkephalinase, an enzyme that breaks down enkephalins. The dosage of racecadotril varies depending on age and severity of diarrhea.
Adults: 100 mg three times daily.
Children over 3 months: 1 mg per kg body weight three times daily.
