Endoxan N Inj 1gm (Cyclophosphamide) is a cell cycle-nonspecific alkylating agent. It works by damaging the DNA of rapidly dividing cells, including cancer cells and immune cells, thereby inhibiting their growth and proliferation. It requires metabolic activation in the liver to its active forms, phosphoramide mustard and acrolein.

Store at controlled room temperature (20°C to 25°C; 68°F to 77°F). Protect from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Dispose of unused medication properly according to your pharmacist's or healthcare provider's instructions.

Dosage is highly individualized based on the specific condition, disease severity, patient's age, and overall health. It's crucial to follow the doctor's prescription precisely.

It can be administered intravenously, orally (in tablet form), or intramuscularly (less common).

Treatment typically involves cycles of administration, followed by periods of rest to allow the body to recover.

Children

Kidney

Kidney function should be carefully monitored due to the risk of nephrotoxicity.
