Endoxan N 200mg Inj (Cyclophosphamide) is an alkylating agent, meaning it works by damaging the DNA of rapidly dividing cells, like cancer cells. This stops them from growing and multiplying.

Store cyclophosphamide at room temperature, away from light and moisture. Keep it out of reach of children and pets. Do not flush unused medication down the toilet.

Dosage and frequency depend on your condition, age, weight, and response to treatment.

It is usually given intravenously (into a vein) or orally (by mouth).

Your doctor will provide specific instructions on how to take cyclophosphamide.

Follow your doctor's instructions carefully and never take more or less than prescribed.

Low blood cell counts (can increase risk of infection or bleeding)

Secondary cancers (rare but possible long-term risk)

Nausea, vomiting

Hair loss

Mouth sores

Infertility

Kidney damage

Liver damage

Alcohol Consumption

Avoid alcohol consumption while taking cyclophosphamide, as it can worsen side effects.



While Driving or operating Machinery

Cyclophosphamide can cause fatigue and dizziness. Avoid driving or operating machinery if you experience these side effects.



Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

Cyclophosphamide is harmful to a developing fetus. It is not recommended for use during pregnancy. It is also not recommended for breastfeeding mothers.



Children

Cyclophosphamide is not recommended for children unless under the supervision of a specialist.



Kidney

Cyclophosphamide can damage the kidneys. Your doctor will monitor your kidney function regularly.



Liver

Cyclophosphamide can damage the liver. Your doctor will monitor your liver function regularly.
