Eliquis 2.5mg Tab (Apixaban) is a direct factor Xa inhibitor. It works by selectively inhibiting factor Xa, a key enzyme in the coagulation cascade, thereby preventing blood clot formation.

Store at room temperature (below 25°C/77°F). Protect from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

Dosage varies depending on the indication and patient factors. Always follow your doctor's prescribed dosage and instructions.

Apixaban is typically taken orally, with or without food.

Alcohol Consumption

Driving or Operating Machinery

Use only if clearly needed and after consultation with your doctor. Risks and benefits should be carefully considered.



Children

Apixaban is not recommended for use in children.



Kidney

Dosage adjustment may be necessary in patients with impaired kidney function. Your doctor will assess your kidney function and determine the appropriate dosage.
