Eithvik 90 Tab (Etoricoxib) is a selective cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) inhibitor. COX-2 is an enzyme involved in the production of prostaglandins, which contribute to inflammation and pain. By selectively inhibiting COX-2, etoricoxib reduces inflammation and pain without significantly inhibiting COX-1, which is involved in protecting the stomach lining.
