Chlorpheniramine Maleate

An antihistamine that helps relieve runny nose, sneezing, and watery eyes.

Paracetamol

An analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer).

Phenylephrine

A decongestant that shrinks swollen blood vessels in the nasal passages, relieving nasal congestion.

Relief of symptoms associated with the common cold or flu, such as runny nose, sneezing, nasal congestion, headache, and fever.

Temporary relief of sinus congestion.

Chlorpheniramine blocks the action of histamine, a substance released by the body during allergic reactions. Paracetamol reduces fever by acting on the heat-regulating center in the brain and relieves pain through unknown mechanisms. Phenylephrine constricts blood vessels in the nasal passages, reducing swelling and relieving congestion.

Store at room temperature (below 25°C), away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Take with a full glass of water.
