Chlorpheniramine Maleate

An antihistamine that helps relieve runny nose, sneezing, and watery eyes.

Paracetamol

An analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer).

Phenylephrine

A decongestant that shrinks swollen blood vessels in the nasal passages, relieving nasal congestion.

Relief of symptoms associated with the common cold and flu, such as nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, headache, and fever.

Temporary relief of allergy symptoms, such as sneezing, runny nose, and itchy, watery eyes (when these symptoms are accompanied by fever and/or pain).

Chlorpheniramine blocks the action of histamine, a substance released during allergic reactions. Paracetamol reduces fever by affecting the hypothalamus, the body's temperature control center, and it reduces pain through mechanisms not fully understood. Phenylephrine constricts blood vessels in the nasal passages, reducing swelling and congestion.

Store at room temperature, below 25°C. Protect from moisture and light. Keep out of reach of children.

Always follow the dosage instructions provided on the product label or by your doctor or pharmacist.

Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Usually taken every 4-6 hours as needed.

Alcohol Consumption

Avoid alcohol consumption as it can increase drowsiness and other side effects.



While Driving or operating Machinery

Avoid driving or operating machinery if you experience drowsiness or dizziness.



Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

Consult your doctor before using this medication if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.



Children

Follow age-appropriate dosage instructions carefully. Consult a pediatrician for children under 12.



Kidney

Use with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dosage adjustment may be necessary.



Liver
