Dosage for ED is typically 50 mg as needed, approximately one hour before sexual activity. The dose may be increased to 100 mg or decreased to 25 mg based on individual response and tolerance. Do not exceed 100mg per day.

Dosage for PAH varies significantly and is determined by a physician based on individual needs and response. It is typically taken daily, not as-needed.
