Cilnidipine

A calcium channel blocker that also relaxes blood vessels, reducing blood pressure.

High blood pressure (hypertension) when other medications have not been effective.

May be used alone or in combination with other blood pressure medications.

This medication works by relaxing blood vessels and reducing the amount of fluid in the body, ultimately lowering blood pressure.

Store at room temperature, away from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

Your doctor will determine the appropriate dosage based on your individual needs.

Typically taken once daily, with or without food.

Do not crush, break, or chew the tablets.

Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

Rare but serious side effects may include: low blood pressure, kidney problems, liver problems, allergic reactions.

Alcohol Consumption

Avoid excessive alcohol consumption as it can lower blood pressure further.



While Driving or Operating Machinery

May cause dizziness or drowsiness, use caution.



Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Consult your doctor.



Children

Caution required in patients with kidney problems.
