0 Aspirin: Inhibits the production of prostaglandins, which are chemicals that cause pain, fever, and inflammation. It also helps prevent blood clots by inhibiting platelet aggregation.1 Atorvastatin: Blocks the enzyme HMG-CoA reductase, which is involved in cholesterol production in the liver, leading to lower cholesterol levels.2 Clopidogrel: Inhibits platelet activation and aggregation, reducing the ability of platelets to stick together and form clots.

Typically, this medication is taken orally, once a day, with or without food.
