Aspirin inhibits platelet aggregation by irreversibly inhibiting cyclooxygenase (COX-1). Atorvastatin lowers LDL cholesterol by inhibiting HMG-CoA reductase. Clopidogrel inhibits platelet aggregation by blocking ADP receptors.

Atorvastatin: Muscle aches (myalgia), liver damage, increased blood sugar.
