Dytor 100mg Tab (Torsemide) is a loop diuretic. It works by inhibiting the reabsorption of sodium and chloride ions in the loop of Henle in the kidneys. This increases the excretion of water, sodium, and other electrolytes, leading to a reduction in fluid volume and blood pressure.

Store at room temperature, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Discard any unused medication according to your pharmacist's instructions.

Dosage is determined by your doctor based on your individual needs and response to treatment.

It is typically taken orally once daily, often in the morning.

Do not alter your dose without consulting your physician.

While Driving or operating Machinery

Torsemide can cause dizziness and lightheadedness, potentially impairing your ability to drive or operate machinery. Avoid these activities if affected.



Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

Consult your doctor before taking torsemide if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant. Torsemide may pass into breast milk.



Children

Torsemide is not typically used in children unless specifically prescribed by a pediatrician.



Kidney
