Clotrimazole

An antifungal medication that works by stopping the growth of fungi causing infections.

Hydrocortisone

A corticosteroid (steroid) that reduces inflammation and itching.

Treatment of fungal skin infections (e.g., ringworm, athlete's foot, jock itch) accompanied by inflammation and itching.

Treatment of inflammatory skin conditions with secondary fungal infection.

Clotrimazole disrupts the fungal cell membrane, leading to fungal cell death. Hydrocortisone reduces inflammation and itching by suppressing the immune response and constricting blood vessels.

Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

Apply a thin layer to the affected area twice daily.

Wash and dry the affected area before applying the cream.

Continue treatment for at least 7 days, or as directed by your doctor, even after symptoms improve.

Do not use on large areas of the body without consulting a doctor.

Burning or stinging sensation at the application site.

Skin irritation or rash.

Increased skin sensitivity to sunlight (photosensitivity).

Skin discoloration.

Acnelike eruptions.
