Do not crush, chew, or break the tablets. Swallow them whole.

Common side effects include nausea, vomiting, constipation, dizziness, drowsiness, headache, and dry mouth.
Avoid consuming alcohol while taking diclofenac + tramadol, as it can increase the risk of side effects, such as dizziness and drowsiness.
Do not drive or operate machinery until you know how this medication affects you. Diclofenac + tramadol can cause drowsiness and dizziness.
