An anticholinergic bronchodilator that works by blocking the action of acetylcholine, a chemical that causes airway constriction.
Treatment of reversible airflow obstruction associated with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
Treatment of acute bronchospasm in patients with reversible airways obstruction, such as asthma.
Duolin Forte Inhaler (Levosalbutamol + Ipratropium) work synergistically to improve lung function. Levosalbutamol relaxes the airway muscles by stimulating beta-2 receptors, while ipratropium blocks the effects of acetylcholine, preventing airway constriction. This combined action provides greater bronchodilation than either drug alone.
Store at room temperature (below 25°C). Protect from moisture and light. Keep out of reach of children.
Dosage should be determined by a physician based on individual needs and response to therapy.
Typically administered via inhalation using a metered-dose inhaler (MDI) or a nebulizer.
