Duolin Forte 30s Rotacaps (Levosalbutamol + Ipratropium) work together to relax the muscles in the airways, opening them up and making it easier to breathe. Levosalbutamol works by stimulating beta-2 receptors in the airways, while ipratropium blocks the action of acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter that causes airway constriction.
