Drotaverine

A muscle relaxant that relieves spasms in smooth muscles, particularly in the gastrointestinal tract and biliary tract.

Paracetamol

An analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer).

Relief of mild to moderate pain, such as headache, muscle aches, and menstrual cramps.

Treatment of fever.

Relief of abdominal pain associated with gastrointestinal spasms (e.g., colic).

Drotaverine inhibits the calcium influx into smooth muscle cells, thus relaxing the muscles and relieving spasms. Paracetamol reduces fever by acting on the hypothalamus and inhibits the production of prostaglandins, which are involved in pain and inflammation.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
