Aluminium Hydroxide

An antacid that neutralizes stomach acid by reacting with it, forming a less acidic salt.

Dimethicone

A silicone-based antifoaming agent that reduces gas bubbles in the stomach and intestines.

Milk Of Magnesia

An antacid and laxative that neutralizes stomach acid and promotes bowel movements.

Relief of heartburn, indigestion, and acid reflux.

Treatment of occasional constipation.

This drug formulation works by combining three different mechanisms: neutralizing stomach acid, reducing gas formation, and promoting bowel movements. Aluminium hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide act as antacids, directly reacting with stomach acid to reduce its acidity. Dimethicone reduces gas bubbles in the stomach and intestines, helping to alleviate bloating and discomfort. Magnesium hydroxide also acts as a mild laxative, promoting bowel movements to relieve constipation.

Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

Follow the directions on the product label or as prescribed by your doctor.

Adults and children 12 years of age and older: Take 1-2 tablets or 1-2 tablespoons of liquid formulation, as needed, after meals or at bedtime.

Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Alcohol Consumption

This medication may cause drowsiness or dizziness. Avoid driving or operating machinery if you experience these side effects.



Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

Talk to your doctor before using this medication if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.



Children

Use only as directed by a doctor for children under 12 years of age.



Kidney

People with kidney problems may need to adjust their dosage or avoid using this medication.
