This combination medication works by targeting different aspects of cold and flu symptoms. Caffeine stimulates the central nervous system to promote alertness and reduce fatigue. Paracetamol reduces pain and fever by blocking the production of prostaglandins, chemicals that cause pain and inflammation. Phenylephrine constricts blood vessels in the nasal passages, reducing swelling and congestion. Chlorpheniramine blocks histamine receptors, preventing the release of histamine that causes allergic symptoms.

Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

Always follow the instructions on the product label or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist.

Adults and children 12 years and older: Take 2 tablets every 4-6 hours as needed, not to exceed 8 tablets in 24 hours.

Children under 12 years: Do not use unless directed by a doctor.

Alcohol Consumption

Avoid alcohol consumption while taking this medication as it can increase the risk of side effects, especially drowsiness.

Be cautious while driving or operating machinery, as this medication may cause drowsiness.



Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

Consult your doctor before taking this medication if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. It is not recommended for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding unless specifically directed by a doctor.



Children

Do not give this medication to children under 12 years old unless directed by a doctor.
