Donetaz Sr 23 Tab (Donepezil) works by increasing the levels of acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter important for memory and learning, in the brain. It does this by inhibiting the enzyme acetylcholinesterase, which breaks down acetylcholine.
Store at room temperature, away from heat and light.
Dosage is typically started at 5 mg once daily.
Your doctor may adjust the dose based on your response to treatment.
Take Donepezil as directed by your doctor.
Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.
It can be taken with or without food.
