Domperidone blocks dopamine receptors in the chemoreceptor trigger zone (CTZ) in the brain, preventing nausea and vomiting. It also stimulates the upper gastrointestinal tract, improving gastric emptying. Cinnarizine blocks calcium channels, reducing the release of histamine and other inflammatory mediators, leading to its antiemetic, antivertigo and antihistamine effects.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Discard any unused medicine after the expiry date.
