Domperidone Suspension Ip 5mg Per 5ml 30ml (Domperidone) is a peripheral dopamine D2 receptor antagonist. It blocks dopamine receptors in the chemoreceptor trigger zone (CTZ) in the brain and in the gastrointestinal tract, thereby reducing nausea and vomiting. It also increases the motility of the upper gastrointestinal tract, promoting faster emptying of the stomach.
