Domperidone

A prokinetic agent that stimulates gastrointestinal motility.

Pantoprazole

A proton pump inhibitor (ppi) that reduces stomach acid production.

Relief of symptoms associated with gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), such as heartburn and acid indigestion.

Treatment of peptic ulcers.

Treatment of dyspepsia (indigestion) characterized by delayed gastric emptying.

Domperidone increases the motility of the upper gastrointestinal tract by blocking dopamine D2 receptors in the chemoreceptor trigger zone. Pantoprazole inhibits the enzyme H+/K+-ATPase, the final step in gastric acid secretion, thereby significantly reducing acid production.

Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

Take the medication as directed, usually once or twice daily, with or without food (consult your physician for specific instructions).
