A prokinetic agent that helps improve gastric motility (movement of food through the digestive tract). it primarily affects the upper gastrointestinal tract.
An analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer).
Relief of mild to moderate pain associated with headaches, muscle aches, and menstrual cramps (Paracetamol's effect).
Relief of symptoms associated with gastrointestinal motility disorders, such as nausea and vomiting, potentially worsened by pain (Domperidone and potentially Caffeine's stimulant effect).
Paracetamol reduces fever and pain through central mechanisms not fully understood but possibly involving inhibition of cyclooxygenase enzymes in the central nervous system. Domperidone increases gastric emptying and intestinal motility by blocking dopamine D2 receptors in the chemoreceptor trigger zone (CTZ) and gut. Caffeine's mechanism in this context is primarily to enhance alertness and potentially synergistically counteract fatigue or sluggishness associated with pain or gastrointestinal upset.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Discard any unused medication after the expiry date.

Consult your doctor before using this medication if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Domperidone is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding unless specifically advised by a doctor.

Patients with kidney impairment should use this medication cautiously and under medical supervision.
Patients with liver impairment should use this medication cautiously and under medical supervision. Paracetamol overdose can cause severe liver damage.
