Treatment of acute painful musculoskeletal conditions such as sprains, strains, and bursitis.

Management of primary dysmenorrhea (painful menstruation).

Dolonex Gel 15gm (Piroxicam) is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that inhibits the production of prostaglandins, substances in the body that cause pain, inflammation, and fever. By reducing prostaglandin synthesis, piroxicam alleviates pain and inflammation.

Store at room temperature, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.

Dosage should be determined by a physician based on individual needs and response.

Follow prescribed dosage and administration instructions carefully.

Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

Consult a doctor before using piroxicam if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant.



Children

Use in children is generally not recommended unless specifically prescribed by a physician.

Piroxicam can affect kidney function; patients with pre-existing kidney problems should be monitored closely.
