Ibuprofen inhibits the production of prostaglandins, which are responsible for pain and inflammation. Paracetamol's exact mechanism is not fully understood, but it's believed to act on the central nervous system to reduce fever and pain.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
