Paracetamol

Paracetamol (also known as acetaminophen) is the primary active ingredient.Some formulations may contain additional ingredients like binders, fillers, and coatings to improve tablet or liquid form.

Relief of mild to moderate pain, such as headache, muscle aches, toothache, backache, menstrual cramps.

Reduction of fever (antipyretic effect).

Dolo 156.25 Susp 60ml (Paracetamol) reduces fever and relieves pain by inhibiting the production of prostaglandins in the central nervous system, although its exact mechanism is not fully understood. It does not possess anti-inflammatory effects like ibuprofen or naproxen.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if the packaging is damaged or the expiry date has passed.

Always follow the dosage instructions on the product label or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist.

Do not exceed the recommended dose.

For oral administration, swallow tablets whole with water. Liquid formulations should be measured accurately with a dosing spoon or syringe.

Standard adult dose is typically 500mg to 1000mg every 4-6 hours, not exceeding 4000mg in 24 hours.
