Diclofenac

Serratiopeptidase

Diclofenac inhibits the production of prostaglandins, reducing pain and inflammation. Paracetamol's exact mechanism is not fully understood, but it's believed to inhibit cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes in the central nervous system. Serratiopeptidase breaks down proteins involved in inflammation, reducing swelling and promoting tissue repair.
