Dexrabeprazole Sodium is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) that reduces stomach acid production by blocking the enzyme responsible for the final step in acid secretion. Domperidone is a dopamine antagonist that promotes gastric emptying and reduces nausea and vomiting by blocking dopamine receptors in the chemoreceptor trigger zone (CTZ) of the brain.

Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light. Keep out of reach of children.

The dosage of Dexrabeprazole Sodium + Domperidone should be prescribed by a doctor.

The usual dose for adults is one tablet twice a day.

The tablets should be swallowed whole with a glass of water.

The tablets should be taken before meals.

The duration of treatment will depend on the condition being treated.

Do not take more than the prescribed dose.

Do not stop taking the medication without talking to your doctor.

Alcohol Consumption

Alcohol consumption may increase the risk of side effects.



While Driving or operating Machinery

May cause dizziness or sleepiness. Avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how this medication affects you.



Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

This medication should not be taken during pregnancy or breastfeeding unless specifically advised by a doctor.



Children

Not recommended for children under 12 years of age.



Kidney

Caution should be exercised in patients with kidney disease.



Liver

Caution should be exercised in patients with liver disease.
