Both Deriphyllin Retard 300 Tab (Etofylline + Theophylline) act as bronchodilators by inhibiting phosphodiesterase, leading to increased intracellular cAMP levels. Etofylline may have additional effects, though the exact mechanisms aren't fully elucidated, leading to faster onset compared to theophylline alone.
