Both Delin 84.7mg Inj 2ml (Etofylline + Theophylline) are methylxanthines. They primarily work by inhibiting phosphodiesterase, leading to increased levels of cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP). This increased cAMP causes relaxation of the smooth muscles in the airways, resulting in bronchodilation. They may also have other effects, such as inhibiting the release of inflammatory mediators.

Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Discard any unused medication after the expiration date.

Dosage should be determined by a physician based on individual patient needs and response.

The medication may be administered orally, usually in tablet or liquid form.
