Levocetirizine

Relief of allergic symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, itchy eyes, and skin rash associated with filarial infections. Note: Levocetirizine alone addresses the allergic symptoms, not the parasitic infection.

Treatment of lymphatic filariasis (elephantiasis) caused by Wuchereria bancrofti, Brugia malayi, and Brugia timori.

Diethylcarbamazine acts by paralyzing and killing filarial worms. Levocetirizine blocks histamine receptors, reducing allergy symptoms.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
