Treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) with associated symptoms like heartburn and acid reflux.
Relief of symptoms associated with dyspepsia (indigestion).
Dexrabeprazole inhibits the gastric acid pump (H+/K+-ATPase), significantly reducing acid secretion. Domperidone accelerates gastric emptying and improves gastrointestinal motility, relieving symptoms related to slow digestion.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
Always follow the prescribed dosage and instructions provided by your doctor or pharmacist.
Do not exceed the recommended dose.
Take the medication as directed, usually once daily, with or without food.

Alcohol may exacerbate the side effects of this medication, especially those related to the gastrointestinal tract. Limit alcohol intake.
Drowsiness and dizziness are potential side effects. Avoid driving or operating machinery if affected.
Consult your doctor before using this medication if pregnant or breastfeeding. Domperidone may pass into breast milk.
Use in children should only be as directed by a doctor and should only be used in cases deemed absolutely necessary.
Patients with severe kidney impairment should use this medication cautiously, as the dosage may need to be adjusted.
