Dapagliflozin

A sodium-glucose co-transporter 2 (sglt2) inhibitor that helps your kidneys remove excess sugar from your blood into your urine.

Metformin

A biguanide that helps lower blood sugar levels by reducing glucose production in the liver and improving insulin sensitivity.

Vildagliptin

A dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (dpp-4) inhibitor that enhances the release of insulin in response to rising blood sugar levels.

Treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus in adults who have not achieved adequate glycemic control with metformin and vildagliptin alone or with metformin alone.

This combination drug works through three distinct mechanisms: Dapagliflozin increases glucose excretion in urine, Metformin reduces glucose production and improves insulin sensitivity, and Vildagliptin enhances insulin secretion. This synergistic action helps improve glycemic control in patients with type 2 diabetes.

Store at room temperature, between 68°F and 77°F (20°C and 25°C). Protect from moisture and light. Keep out of reach of children.
