Dapagliflozin

A sodium-glucose cotransporter-2 (sglt2) inhibitor, which helps lower blood sugar by removing excess sugar from the body through urine.

Metformin

A biguanide that helps lower blood sugar by reducing glucose production in the liver and improving insulin sensitivity.

Vildagliptin

A dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (dpp-4) inhibitor, which helps lower blood sugar by increasing the levels of certain hormones (incretins) that stimulate insulin production.

Type 2 diabetes mellitus in adults, when diet and exercise alone are not sufficient to control blood sugar levels.

This triple-combination medication works by combining the mechanisms of action of each individual component to effectively manage blood sugar levels. Dapagliflozin increases glucose excretion in the urine, metformin reduces glucose production in the liver and enhances insulin sensitivity, and vildagliptin enhances insulin secretion by increasing incretin levels.

Store at room temperature, between 15°C and 30°C (59°F and 86°F). Protect from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

The usual starting dose is one tablet taken once daily with a meal.

Your doctor will adjust the dosage based on your individual needs and response to treatment.

It is important to take this medication as prescribed by your doctor. Do not stop taking it without consulting your doctor.

Alcohol Consumption

Drinking alcohol while taking this medication can increase the risk of low blood sugar. It is important to talk to your doctor about how much alcohol is safe to consume.



While Driving or operating Machinery

This medication may cause dizziness or drowsiness. It is important to avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how this medication affects you.



Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

It is not recommended to take this medication during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Talk to your doctor about the risks and benefits of taking this medication if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.



Children

This medication is not approved for use in children.



Kidney

This medication can cause kidney problems. It is important to talk to your doctor if you have any kidney problems.



Liver
