Dapanorm 5 Tab (Dapagliflozin) is a sodium-glucose cotransporter 2 (SGLT2) inhibitor. It works in the kidneys by blocking the reabsorption of glucose into the bloodstream, increasing its excretion in the urine. This leads to lower blood glucose levels and a reduction in cardiovascular risk factors.

Store at room temperature, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.

Dosage varies depending on individual needs and other medications. Always follow your doctor's instructions.

Typically taken once daily, orally, with or without food.

Urinary tract infections (UTIs)

Kidney

Liver

Dapagliflozin is primarily excreted by the kidneys, not extensively metabolized by the liver. However, liver function should be monitored in patients with hepatic impairment.
