Dapagliflozin

A sodium-glucose co-transporter 2 (sglt2) inhibitor that helps your kidneys remove excess sugar from your blood into your urine.

Metformin

A biguanide that lowers blood sugar by decreasing glucose production in the liver and improving insulin sensitivity.

Sitagliptin

A dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (dpp-4) inhibitor that increases the levels of incretin hormones, which help your body release more insulin when needed and reduce the amount of sugar your liver produces.

Treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus in adults inadequately controlled with metformin and sitagliptin alone or other oral antidiabetic agents.

This triple combination medication works through three different mechanisms to lower blood sugar levels. Dapagliflozin increases glucose excretion in the urine, metformin reduces glucose production and improves insulin sensitivity, and sitagliptin enhances incretin action, leading to improved insulin secretion and reduced glucose production.

Store at room temperature, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.

Kidney

Use with caution in patients with kidney impairment. Dosage adjustment may be necessary.
