Treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) in adults, particularly when used in conjunction with diet and exercise to control blood sugar levels.

Danavish Voglibose 0.2mg Tablet (Voglibose) is an alpha-glucosidase inhibitor. It works by delaying the digestion and absorption of carbohydrates in the small intestine. This leads to a slower rise in blood glucose levels after meals.

Store at room temperature, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.

Dosage should be determined by a physician based on individual needs and response to treatment.

Typically, the initial dose is low and gradually increased as needed.

Voglibose tablets should be taken immediately before or with the first bite of each main meal.

Do not crush or chew the tablets.

Children

Kidney

Kidney function should be monitored, particularly in patients with pre-existing kidney disease, as the drug may accumulate.



Liver

Liver function should be monitored regularly as liver enzyme elevation has been rarely reported.
