D D Pramine 25mg Tab (Clomipramine) is a tricyclic antidepressant (TCA) that works by increasing the availability of serotonin and norepinephrine in the brain. These neurotransmitters are crucial in regulating mood, anxiety, and impulses. By blocking their reuptake, clomipramine enhances their effects, leading to symptom relief.
