Aceclofenac

A non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (nsaid) that reduces pain and inflammation.

Misoprostol

A synthetic prostaglandin e1 analogue that protects the stomach lining from the damaging effects of nsaids.

Relief of pain and inflammation associated with osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis.

Treatment of dysmenorrhea (painful menstruation).

Aceclofenac inhibits the production of prostaglandins, which are responsible for pain and inflammation. Misoprostol counteracts the gastrointestinal side effects of aceclofenac by stimulating mucus and bicarbonate secretion in the stomach, increasing mucosal blood flow, and protecting the gastric mucosa from damage.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

Dosage should be determined by a physician based on individual needs and response.

Generally, the medication is taken orally, as directed by the physician.

Alcohol Consumption

Alcohol consumption should be avoided or limited, as it may increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding.



Driving or Operating Machinery

Caution is advised, as drowsiness or dizziness may occur.



Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

Generally contraindicated in pregnancy, especially during the third trimester. Consult your doctor before using it during breastfeeding.



Children

Use in children is generally not recommended. Consult your doctor.



Kidney

Caution is necessary in patients with impaired kidney function. Renal function monitoring may be required.



Liver

Caution is necessary in patients with impaired liver function. Hepatic function monitoring may be required.
