Aceclofenac

A nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (nsaid) that reduces pain and inflammation.

Misoprostol

A synthetic prostaglandin analogue that protects the stomach lining from the damaging effects of nsaids.

Pain relief from conditions like osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis.

Relief of menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea).

Treatment of primary dysmenorrhea (painful periods).

Aceclofenac works by reducing the production of prostaglandins, which are chemicals in the body that cause pain and inflammation. Misoprostol protects the stomach lining by increasing the production of mucus and bicarbonate, which act as a barrier against stomach acid.

Store at room temperature, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.

The dosage of aceclofenac + misoprostol will be determined by your doctor based on your individual needs.

It is usually taken once or twice a day with food.

Do not crush or chew the tablets.

Swallow the tablets whole with a glass of water.

Follow your doctor's instructions carefully.

Do not take more or less than prescribed.

Bleeding or ulcers in the stomach or intestines.

Stomach pain or upset.

Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea.

Headache.

Dizziness.

Constipation.

Alcohol Consumption

Avoid alcohol while taking aceclofenac + misoprostol, as it can increase the risk of stomach bleeding.



While Driving or Operating Machinery

Aceclofenac + misoprostol can cause dizziness, drowsiness, and other side effects that may impair your ability to drive or operate machinery. Avoid these activities until you know how this medication affects you.



Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

Aceclofenac + misoprostol is not recommended for pregnant women, as it can cause harm to the fetus. It is also not recommended for breastfeeding women, as it may pass into breast milk.



Children

Aceclofenac + misoprostol is not recommended for children.



Kidney

If you have kidney problems, talk to your doctor before taking aceclofenac + misoprostol.



Liver

If you have liver problems, talk to your doctor before taking aceclofenac + misoprostol.
