A biguanide that improves insulin sensitivity and reduces glucose production by the liver.
A sulfonylurea that stimulates the pancreas to release more insulin.
Type 2 diabetes mellitus, particularly in patients inadequately controlled on metformin or other monotherapies.
Treatment of hyperglycemia (high blood sugar) in patients with type 2 diabetes.
This triple combination drug works synergistically to control blood sugar levels. Voglibose slows carbohydrate absorption, metformin improves insulin sensitivity and reduces hepatic glucose production, and gliclazide stimulates insulin release from the pancreas. This combined action leads to better glycemic control than any single agent alone.
Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date.

The medication is typically taken orally with meals.
