Flunisolide reduces inflammation and itching by suppressing the release of inflammatory chemicals. Miconazole kills fungi by disrupting their cell membranes. Neomycin kills bacteria by interfering with their protein synthesis.

Store at room temperature, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.

Typically, the medication is applied to the affected ear canal 3-4 times daily for 7-10 days.
